Dr. Kathleen A. Flannagan, is a Cincinnati, Ohio native graduated Cum Laude from Indiana University, with a B.A. in Biology & Minor in Germanic Studies. She received Doctorate of Medicine Degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine.
Academic achievements include; induction in to Phi Beta Kappa undergraduate Honor Society and election into Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. Following an internship at the Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio, Dr. Kathleen completed a residency in Ophthalmology at the University of Cincinnati for which she is Board Certified. Further extensive fellowship training in Orbital, Oculoplastic, and reconstructive Surgery in Cincinnati has allowed her focus her specialty in the field of Oculoplastic Surgery.
Dr. Kathleen interests include cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the orbit, eyelids, and upper face.
